In the last few years The Antico Setificio Fiorentino realised many important projects. In 1972 the Setificio supplied the fabrics for the curtains of Madama Palace in Rome, in 1986 its creations were used for the Senate's private apartments and then for the curtains of the representative Halls of the Quirinale (the residence of the Italian President) in Rome. .

Famous clients such as the Duke of Aosta, the Real family of Denmark and Sweden, The Prince of Monaco, the families of The Agnelli, The Falk and the Getty, appointed the Setificio for important projects, making fabulous their houses, already wonderful, using unique textiles.

Even the movie industry, the show business and the fashion system, have drawn from the Setificio's treasures: Luchino Visconti for the historical costumes for the set of his movies and for the representations at the Theatre "La Scala"; Madame Jeanne Lanvin and Mr.Roberto Capucci for their creations. Many aristocratic Manors used these fabrics to restore important antique pieces with the reproduction, completely made according to the old techniques, of the precious textiles.
